PROTOCOL TO FOLLOW
Step 1
Wet hair then add about 10 ml shampoo and gently massage with fingers on hair until it forms a rich foam, continue for 30 seconds. Leave for 1 minute. Rinse hair thoroughly with water (at about 36° C) using shower head. Drying:
Hair is dried with a hairdryer until dry (80 %) damp dry.

Step 2:
Reduction Treatment:
Split hair into 4 sections. Apply 40 ml Reducing Agent to each section. Bring the sections together and apply the remaining product (40 ml) and comb through hair to make sure that all the hair is covered. Leave on hair for 10 minutes.
Rinsing:
Hair is thoroughly rinsed with water (at about 36°C) using a shower head for 3 minutes.
Drying:
Hair is dried with a hairdryer until dry (80 % ) damp dry.

Step 3:
Cross linking: Put the hair up in a bun on the head with a clip and leave the bottom hair in a horse shoe shape in the neck. Spray Step 3 to small sections of the hair. Comb each section through with a wide tooth comb. Continue to b) or c) below. Then take a new section of hair from the bun and repeat the same steps again.
Shaping: This is the most important part and the hair will become dry like grass and will keep the shape that you have used. Hair is shaped i.e. straightened using a flat iron at (210°C.) go over hair at least 2 times with flat iron ensure that it is straight. Steam will be produced it will not damage the hair and is part of the process to shape the hair
or
If you want to curl the hair for extra volume curl with rod (perm rollers) and heat for 15 minutes at 180° C, the hair must be completely dry and will feel like dry grass when you remove the rollers

Step 4
Conditioning:
Use sufficient quantities of the keratin rich hair conditioner and leave on for 5 to 10 minutes.
Rinsing:
Hair is thoroughly rinsed with water (at about 36°C) using a shower head for 3 minutes.
Drying & Styling:
Hair is dried with a hairdryer until dry. Flat iron hair or style hair into the desired style.
